What’s on Offer
$110 – $160 per hour, depending on experience and shift
4 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave
$2,500 CME allowance, Indemnity, APC, and ACLS covered
Relocation support available (up to $10,000, within or outside New Zealand)

About the Role
We have the best of both urgent care and general practice role’s within a large multisite clinical team, including 14 urgent care doctors, 4 GPs, 3 nurse practitioners, and 3 nurse prescribers.
You will be working in a modern, structured environment with well-managed patient flow and strong day-to-day clinical support.
The urgent care clinic is open 8am to 8pm, 7 days per week, with family health operating Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Rostering is designed to support clinician wellbeing, with flexibility where possible to support work-life balance and family needs.
Doctors wishing to upskill are well supported, with access to training grants and ongoing opportunities to undertake further training and develop skills across a range of clinical areas.
These opportunities suit experienced or developing urgent care clinicians, GPs looking to transition into urgent care, and registrars interested in entering either the GPep or urgent care programs.
Full support and supervision are provided for doctors moving into either specialty, with clear pathways into the GPep or urgent care programme.
There is strong clinical governance with structured training and national-level clinical oversight.
