We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Surgical Ward team of a well-regarded private hospital in Northland. The Opportunity
Deliver high-quality nursing care throughout the patient surgical journey
Monitor and support patients before and after surgery
Assist with recovery planning and discharge coordination
Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice standards
Contribute to a positive ward culture focused on safety, quality, and patient outcomes
What You'll Bring
Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a valid APC (or eligibility to obtain one)
Previous experience in a surgical, medical, or acute inpatient settings
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
