About the Role
You'll be joining a large, well-established aged care facility providing hospital-level, rest home, and younger person with disabilities (YPD) care. The role offers a diverse clinical environment, supporting residents with a range of complex medical, physical, and mental health needs. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll have strong clinical support across every shift and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents and their families.

About You
To be successful, you'll have:
Current New Zealand Registered Nurse registration and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Previous aged care or long-term care experience is highly desirable.
Confidence caring for residents with complex clinical needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
