Registered Nurse – Epsom (Rest Home Level Care)
Location: Epsom, South Auckland
Salary: $40–$50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–2pm (32 hours total, some flexibility)

We’re seeking two Registered Nurses to join a well-respected aged care provider in Epsom, South Auckland. The company operates two boutique rest home-level facilities on the same street – just a 5-minute walk apart – and is looking for one RN in each.
Sole RN in the facility, supported by a team of 12–15 experienced caregivers
Each facility has 24 beds, providing rest home-level care only
Report directly to the Business & Care Manager (non-clinical), with support from the Clinical & Quality Manager and CEO
Monday to Friday roster, 7am–2pm (some flexibility available)
32 hours per week
On-call not essential but preference for someone open to every other week
Hourly rate: $40–$50 depending on experience
Supportive leadership team and strong clinical oversight
Work phone and laptop provided
Relocation support: Two weeks’ temporary accommodation available if moving to Auckland
Excellent work–life balance – no weekends or night shifts
NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
Ideally trained or experienced in interRAI
Confident working autonomously and leading a team of caregivers
Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care
