Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Full-Time or Fixed Term)
📍 Rotorua | 🕒 32–40 hours/week | 💰 $42–$45/hr + Paid Meal Breaks

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at a not-for-profit aged care village in Rotorua. With a strong focus on person-centred care and lifestyle-based living, this is more than just a nursing job — it’s a meaningful career.
About the Role

Permanent or 6-month fixed-term contracts available
Rotating AM (7:00–3:30), PM (3:00–11:15), and Night (10:45–7:15) shifts
Minimum 32 up to 40 hours/week
Paid meal breaks for night shifts and afternoon shifts if you are sole RN
Caregivers handle routine medication admin — RNs focus on clinical leadership and DDs

What You’ll Need:
✅ Current NZ Registered Nurse APC
✅ At least 1 year RN experience in NZ
✅ interRAI experience is a bonus, not a must
✅ Passion for aged care and resident-centred support
Team Structure:
👩‍⚕️ 5 RNs, 1 EN, 2 RNs awaiting visa
👥 ~100 total staff
🧑‍⚕️ Reporting to Clinical Lead
Start date: ASAP
