We are seeking an experienced PACU Nurse to join the only private surgical hospital in Northland, located in Whangarei. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional team, while enjoying genuine work–life balance — no weekend shifts and flexible 9-hour days.

About the hospital
This modern private surgical hospital features five operating theatres, a 21-bed inpatient suite for ongoing care, and a Day Stay unit. The hospital handles a broad range of surgical specialties with a strong focus on orthopaedics, and works in partnership with Health NZ and ACC.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 1 year of PACU or Recovery experience
Sound clinical judgement and ability to manage post-anaesthetic patients
A collaborative, patient-focused approach
Current NZ Nursing Council registration (or eligibility)
