Prospero Health & Social Care are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join a leading healthcare service in the Wellington region. We have permanent roles across different environments within the same service, including community and inpatient settings.

We currently have positions available for:
Part-time (30–36 hours per week)
Full-time (40 hours per week)
We are keen to hear from OTs with experience in any of the following:
Community and inpatient services
Neurological, long-term, and age-related conditions (stroke, dementia, frailty, post-trauma)
Community-based older adults’ orthopaedics rehab
Inpatient rehab, older persons’ care, surgical services, and sub-acute rehab
Acute Inpatient Major Trauma Care – Orthopaedics Ward (multi-trauma focus, covering ICU, ED, Cardiothoracic and Neurology)
About You
Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist (or eligible for registration in NZ)
Experience in the practice areas listed above
Passionate about delivering patient-centred care
Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) and external agencies
Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity
Strong teamwork and communication skills
