This welcoming Blenheim practice is home to 5 General Practitioners, 5 Nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants, a Health Coach, and 6 Admin/Reception staff, all supported by an experienced Nursing Director and Business Manager who work across two local sites. The team regularly catches up over morning tea, and optional social dinners are part of the collegial, inclusive atmosphere.
They’re now looking for a GP or NP to become part of this positive and collaborative environment — someone who values professional support, shared knowledge, and strong relationships with both patients and colleagues.
The Practice
Purpose-built, modern facility just 4 minutes from the centre of Blenheim
Minor surgery suite, triage area, and specialised clinic rooms
Servicing approximately 8,500 enrolled patients
Monday to Friday, no after-hours or weekend shifts
12x 15-minute consults per session
Uses cloud-based Medtech Evolution and Manage My Health
Full orientation and weekly team meetings
The practice places a strong emphasis on equity, with mandatory training in cultural safety, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, privacy and child protection. You'll be supported by a wider infrastructure including finance, payroll, HR, marketing and IT, meaning you can focus on clinical care.

Registered with MCNZ (or eligible) or NP in New Zealand
Passionate about team-based care and community wellbeing
