Salary: $119,745 – $131,768 per annum (based on experience)

Join a well-established and highly regarded aged care facility in the heart of Thames. With 30 rest home beds and 33 hospital beds, this home holds four years of certification with no findings (valid through 2027) — a testament to the excellent standards of care maintained by its dedicated team.
You’ll work alongside a supportive General Manager with over five years’ service (having progressed from a caregiving role), and lead a committed clinical team of 5 Registered Nurses and 35 Caregivers, supported by a strong non-clinical team including admin, activities, and auxiliary staff.
As Clinical Manager, you’ll provide strong clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, with shared on-call duties one week every seven weeks (rotated with other Clinical Managers in the region).

A passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a current APC
Proven leadership or management experience in aged care
Strong clinical judgement and ability to maintain high standards of care
