Longview Home, a well-established and fully occupied 69-bed care facility in Tawa, North Wellington, is seeking a Care Home Manager to lead our dedicated team. We provide both rest home and hospital level care, with a high proportion of ACC residents. This is a busy, fast-paced home with a strong clinical foundation and a loyal team. About the Role: As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of Longview Home. You’ll work closely with our highly experienced Clinical Manager, clinical coordinators, registered nurses, and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of care and resident wellbeing. The current manager has been in the role for over six years and is moving to a larger facility within our group — you’ll benefit from a smooth transition and strong organisational support. About You:
Proven leadership experience in aged care or health services
Knowledge of NZ aged care sector regulations and standards
