Neil Elliott

Kia ora, I’m Neil.

I’m the Operations Director for Australia and New Zealand, and I’ve been with Prospero since 2011. I’ve had the opportunity to work across two time zones starting in London and now based here in Aotearoa.

Over the years, I’ve worn a few different hats, but recruitment and sales have always been at the heart of what I do. These days, I oversee the day-to-day operations for both the Australian and New Zealand teams, with a strong focus on building success through our people.

I genuinely believe our team is our biggest strength. We’re a group made up of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences and that’s what makes us innovative, creative, and connected. I’m passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard, and where we all have the opportunity to do great things together.
